Dear patients,

We, Shenzhen Samii Medical Center (SSMC), now publicize the charges for the whole-process medical services for an individual conventional dental implant and the prices of implant systems and dental crown consumables (see the attachment for details).

We strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Notice of Healthcare Security Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality on Carrying out Special Regulation of Dental Implant Service Charges (SYBF [2023] No.6) and the Notice of Healthcare Security Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality on Carrying out Special Regulation of Dental Implant Prices, and solemnly make the following commitments on participating in the special regulation of dental implant service charges and consumables prices:

I. We promise to ensure the authenticity, timeliness and completeness of the published information and to charge no fees beyond the listed prices.

II. We promise to strictly implement the integrated target at regulating the charges for the dental implant services and the whole-process medical services for an individual conventional dental implant, i.e., not higher than RMB 5,183.9/implant.

III. We promise to implement the centralized procurement results of implants and the online bidding results of dental crowns, and to sell the dental implant systems and dental crown consumables with "zero markup".
