During the COVID-19 epidemic period, to avoid mass gatherings, Shenzhen Samii International Medical Center (The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenzhen) adopts a real name-based appointment system for outpatient services starting from May 11, 2020. Please review the following information carefully before seeking for medical services.

Appointment and registration

For outpatients, online appointment and registration for non-emergency medical services is required. All registration seats are distributed through the appointment and registration platforms. Please come to the hospital for medical services at the scheduled time to avoid mass gatherings.

To make an appointment, do one of the following:

-Follow the WeChat Service Account or Subscription Account of the hospital. Click/Touch “预约挂号” and follow the instructions on the screen.

-Log on to the website of the hospital to make an appointment and register for services at https://www.ssmc-sz.com/. You can also search for “深圳市萨米国际医疗中心” in the Baidu Web browser. 

-Log on to the “健康160” website at https://www.91160.com/ or search for “健康160” in the Baidu Web browser to make an appointment and register for services.

Medical service instructions

All patients and their escorts are required to wear facemasks. Also, please take body temperature, scan the “Travel History Code” and complete the COVID-19 Epidemiological Survey truthfully at the Pre-examination & Triage station of Outpatient Services.
Patients with a body temperature of 37.3°C or higher will be escorted to the Service Area for Fever Patients for medical services by our medical staff.

Other matters

We appreciate your cooperation on taking the COVID-19 nucleic acid test in accordance with relevant national regulations. The hospital will provide warm and non-differentiated services to all patients.
