In order to effectively maintain the health and life safety of the general public and carry out high-quality prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, please read the “Notification on Seeking Medical Services at Shenzhen Samii Medical Center” carefully before registering for medical treatment to ensure a smooth process of seeking medical services.

I. Our hospital implements a mechanism of appointment making for all non-emergency medical services in different time slots. Please wait according to your appointment time slot to avoid gathering of crowds.

II. During the pandemic, all the people coming to the hospital should wear masks properly, show their health QR codes, have their temperature taken, complete theCOVID-19 Epidemiological Surveyat the scene, and have the survey sheet confirmed by the pre-examination and triage staff before receiving medical services.

III. Patients with fever (≥ 37.3 °C), and those with a yellow QR code or a red QR code shall be escorted to the Fever Clinic by our triage staff for treatment. Individuals coming for the nucleic acid test with a yellow QR code do not need to go to the Fever Clinic.

IV. For patients with a green QR code who have neither fever nor history of COVID-19 epidemiology, but have any of the ten major clinical symptoms related to COVID-19 (dry cough, sore throat, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, myalgia, diarrhea, hypoesthesia, conjunctivitis, etc.), nucleic acid test should be carried out.

V. Those with neither fever or history of COVID-19 epidemiology nor clinical symptoms related to COVID-19 can be treated in corresponding specialties after pre-examination and triage.

VI. Patients treated in the departments of Stomatology, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, E.N.T., etc. need to hold negative nucleic acid test results within three days before medical treatment and interventions.

VII. In the diagnosis and treatment area, patients should try their best to reduce walking, keep a distance of more than 1 meter when queuing up, take separate seats when waiting for medical services, and follow the rule of “one consulting room for one patient each time” when seeking medical services.

VIII. All patients with fever in the Fever Clinic should wait for the nucleic acid test report according to the guidelines, and leave according to the physician order after the results of nucleic acid test report show negative.
