Mr. Dipl.-Kaufmann Dieter Fengler was born on August 17, 1960 in Recklinghausen, Germany.


Mr. Dieter Fengler studied Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Dortmund, Germany with a focus on Business Informatics, Corporate Accounting Controlling and Tax Law. Mr. Dieter Fengler finished his studies successfully as Diplom-Kaufmann.


Today Mr. Dieter Fengler is CFO at the International Neuroscience Institute (INI) GmbH in Hanover, Germany and Task Force Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions at ASKLEPIOS-Klinikenin Hamburg, Germany.


In the years 2001 and 2002 Mr. Dieter Fengler was COO of SRH Kliniken, Heidelberg, Germany and responsible for 6 acute hospitals. Overall, the capacity of these hospitals was 1,815 beds and included all medical specialties.


Previously (1995 to 2002) he was General Manager at the KlinikumKarlsbad-Langensteinbach, Germany (538 beds). This hospital is specialized in the acute and rehabilitation care of neuromedical patients.


In the years prior to 1995, Mr. Dieter Fengler was a senior consultant at the Controlling Innovation Center (CIC) GmbH in Dortmund, Germany, where he successfully built up the Department of Healthcare Consulting.


Mr. Dieter Fengler has been involved in the German healthcare sector for more than 20 years, especially in the field of inpatient and outpatient service providers (acute, rehabilitation and care).
