He has served as Head of the Financial Department at Grade III Level A hospitals for 30 years. In 1994, he was transferred to the People's Hospital of Futian. Later, he served as Head of the Financial Department at 3 Grade III Level A hospitals in Shenzhen for 23 years. In 2018, he joined Shenzhen Samii Medical Center, serving as a member of the Second Term of the Hospital Management Committee and CFO.

During his service at the People's Hospital of Futian, he took part in the project "Hospital Computer Information Management System", which won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Shenzhen in 1996. During his service at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, he took part in the project "Establishment of a New Performance Evaluation System for Modern General Hospitals and Corresponding Verification by Case Study", which won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Guangdong Province in 2006.
