On September 13, the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center held a launch meeting of "Discipline Education and Learning Month", which kicked off the 2021 discipline education and learning month in the whole hospital. ZHANG Longping, member of the CPC Committee and head of the CPC Committee Office, presided over the meeting.

The meeting firstly led all Party members present to review the "six disciplines" to be observed: political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline and life discipline. All participating Party members watched the educational film "Stories of Integrity in Party History".

Then, YU Ping, member of the CPC Committee, read out the 2021 Plan of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center for Discipline Education and Learning Month. With a theme of "improving ideological consciousness by Party history learning and promoting loyalty by observing disciplines", the discipline education and learning month activities were organized and conducted for all Party members and cadres in the whole hospital, especially for leading cadres, so as to make new contributions to the construction of a healthy Shenzhen and accelerate the realization of "good doctors for diseases".During the month, our hospital will organize a series of colorful activities, such as special study on Party Constitution, rules and disciplines among leading cadres, special counseling report on warning education, special class on discipline education of "Party history learning", watching warning education films on Party style and clean government, prevention and control on risk points of Party style and clean government, Party spirit training, integrity education for new recruits, publicity week of letters and visits, and joint construction of incorruptible culture, so as to learn Party history, remain true to the original aspiration, promote positive new trends, be strict with ourselves and strengthen Party self-governance, and constantly strengthen discipline construction.

At the launch meeting, WANG Cheng, CPC Secretary and Deputy Hospital Director, put forward relevant requirements for all Party members, cadres and workers to carry out the activities of discipline education and learning month.

He pointed out that all Party members and cadres must strictly abide by the "six disciplines", stick to the bottom line and do not cross the red line. Discipline and integrity education are of vital importance particularly during the comprehensive and rapid development of our hospital. Only with reverence can we do our jobs well and maximize the interests of institutions, collectives, masses and patients. Through discipline education and learning activities, we can help Party members and cadres to define the bottom line and red line and awaken their reverence. We should learn from the lessons of the past, keep ourselves within the bounds of discipline, and bear in mind the Party, people and precepts. Everyone should constantly strengthen the study of political theories and keep the alarm bell ringing. We should learn the relevant policies and regulations of our major, continuously improve working methods and promote work efficiency. We should learn from brother hospitals for their excellent working methods and experiences. Everyone should have a "ruler" in his mind and remain clear-headed at all times. WANG Cheng hopes that everyone can absorb nutrition from the discipline education and learning month activities, tidy our attire, rectify our conduct, serve as a role model, and earnestly implement the activities into practice.

At the end, all participating Party members took the oath of integrity and solemnly signed their names on the Letter of Commitment to Integrity.
