On September 26, there was a grand gathering at Shenzhen Samii Medical Center to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

The celebration was chaired by Mr. ZHANG Longping, Committee Member of the General Party Branch and Director General of the Office of the Party Committee in the hospital. 

All participants stood up and sang the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China in unison. 

Everyone reviewed the glorious history of the People's Republic of China in the past 70 years and the great achievements of China's economic construction. 

A history of overcoming all obstacles and marching forward regardless of hardships in the past seventy years. 

The attending employees were moved by the epic struggle and magnificent journey China has gone through since the founding of the People's Republic of China. 

All participants watched We Are All Dreamers, one episode of the series We Walk on the Great Road. 

Dr. WANG Cheng, Legal Representative, General Party Branch Secretary and Deputy Hospital Director of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center, gave a speech and interpreted The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council about Supporting Shenzhen to Build the Demonstration Pilot Zone for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics (hereinafter referred to as The Opinions) for the staff. 

He pointed out that The Opinions is a major decision made, deployed and promoted by General Secretary XI Jinping himself. It is an epochal opening of another great practice of China's road. It is another strategic arrangement and major decision and deployment after the founding of Shenzhen special economic zone. It is a historic event, a political event, and a development event in the process of the reform and development of Shenzhen. 

He interpreted the meaning, main content, main features, and highlights of The Opinions. The Opinions define Shenzhen's positioning as: high-quality development highland, example of a city with governance, model of civilization, benchmark of happiness for people's livelihood, and pioneer of sustainable development. It shows clear goals, a detailed plan, extremely strong operability, global superiority, comprehensiveness, and perspective, with a lot of bright spots. 

He requested that, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, all the staff of the hospital, while offering blessings to the motherland, should constantly enhance national self-confidence and national pride, devote themselves to the great journey of achieving the Chinese dream, and promote the resumption of reform and opening-up and the re-leadership of Shenzhen. Time waits for no man, and we all have a duty. Men Make a Difference. The staff should constantly enhance their sense of mission and build a better hospital with energy, sweat, and wisdom to help achieve the miracle of the Chinese dream! 

Before the end of the celebration, all participants stood up, waved the national flag in their hands, and sang Ode to the Motherland together to express their patriotism and send their best wishes to the great motherland. The celebration came to an end in a passionate song. 

Nearly 200 staff of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center attended this celebration.
