After graduating from university in 1984, Mr. LIU has been engaged in psychiatric and psychological work. He previously held positions including member of the Psychiatry Committee of Guangdong Medical Association, Head of the Outpatient Department, Head of the Patient Relations Department, and Director of the Internet Hospital Office at Shenzhen Kangning Hospital. He has published many academic papers. In February 2019, he engaged in academic exchanges at the Psychiatry Department of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, USA.

He has expertise in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, severe psychological conditions, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, and other mental health disorders.
