He is an expert in comprehensive treatment of various peripheral vascular diseases, such as aortic aneurysm/dissection, vascular malformations, visceral hemangiomata, acute arterial embolism, lower extremity atherosclerotic obliterans, venous thromboembolism (VTE), pulmonary embolism (PE), and primary varicose veins of lower extremities (treated with minimally invasive therapies such as CHIVA, laser/microwave/RF endovenous closure), and comprehensive treatment of secondary varicose veins; percutaneous and endovascular interventions for benign and malignant tumors, such as liver cancer, liver metastasis, liver hemangiomata, and polycystic liver; and endovascular interventions for hemorrhagic diseases including upper and lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage, upper gastrointestinal bleeding related to portal hypertension (treated with TIPS procedure), Budd-Chiari syndrome, and hypersplenism.
