As a pioneer and leader in the field of minimally invasive abdominal surgery, he is highly skilled in minimally invasive procedures. He is proficient in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, laparoscopic anatomic hepatectomy, laparoscopic splenectomy for massive splenomegaly with portal hypertension, laparoscopic total gastrectomy, laparoscopic D3 radical resection for colon cancer, and radical resection for rectal cancer, with particularly extensive experience in ultra-low anterior resection for rectal cancer with sphincter preservation. He also specializes in microwave and radiofrequency ablation of liver and pancreatic tumors and 125I particle implantation therapy. Using a triple-endoscope approach (laparoscopy, choledochoscopy, and duodenoscopy) to treat biliary stones, he has significantly reduced the rate of residual stones. He has published over 10 papers in core journals, including the Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery and the Chinese Journal of Oncology, with 5 papers indexed by SCI.
