　　With nearly 40 years of experience in nursing, CAO Jing previsouly worked at Wuhan Union Hospital and Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. From 2016 to 2024, she served as Head of the Nursing Department at Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital.

　　She has been engaged in clinical nursing and nursing management across multiple specialties, including hand surgery, orthopedics, gastrointestinal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, breast and thyroid surgery, hematology, and gastroenterology.

　　She has led five nursing research projects, including those funded by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission(SZSTI) and the Guangdong Nursing Association, as well as hospital-level projects. She also serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Nursing Science. She authored or co-authored four professional books, and published more than 30 research papers, including five SCI-indexed papers.
