She started to work in 1997, and worked successively in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Neonatology. Since 2010, she has successively served as Head Nurse in the Gynecology and Neonatology Department of Changchun Obstetrics-Gynaecology Hospital. She is good at rescue and nursing of critically ill newborns, has rich experience in PICC cannulation and maintenance for newborns, and has successfully operated PICC cannulation for nearly 300 cases. She is now responsible for the maintenance of PICC outpatient catheters.

 
She obtained the certificate of pediatric critical care specialist nurse of Jilin Province in 2014, PICC specialist nurse certificate of Jilin Province in 2016, PICC professional technical training (senior) certificate of Chinese Nursing Association in April 2019, and PICC training certificate of Shenzhen Nursing Association in December 2019.
