She is a member of the expert database of Community Nursing Professional Committee, Chinese Nursing Association; a member of Nursing Education Professional Committee, Chinese Research Hospital Association; a member of Nursing Education Professional Committee, Shenzhen Nursing Association; and a clinical postgraduate supervisor, School of Nursing, Sun Yat-sen University. She once studied in The General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army for half a year, obtained the qualification of diabetes education nurse, the qualification certificate of the first special training course for nursing managers of Chinese Nursing Association, and won the title of provincial young post expert and 100 excellent nurses. She has been engaged in clinical nursing, teaching and nursing management of internal medicine for 23 years, presided over 3 provincial and university level projects, completed 4 books as chief editor and deputy chief editor, published more than 10 papers, and won a third provincial prize for new technology.
