Engaged in clinical and teaching work in clinical laboratory for 10 years, he is familiar with all laboratory techniques and skills. He has obtained the professional title of Chief Laboratory Technologist, certificate of medical practitioner and certificate of standardized medical residency training.

He is currently the leader of the Immunization Group of the Diagnostic Laboratory of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center. He can solve difficult problems arising in the work independently, improve laboratory methods, promote the accuracy of test reports, standardize the operating procedures, and actively carry out quality control. He has engaged in teaching in a Grade III Level A hospital for 9 years and served as a department secretary and group leader, and has published a national paper.
