Having been engaged in medical imaging for 40 years, Dr. LIU was one the first participants in the introduction and clinical application of new technologies of CT and MRI in China. His work mainly focuses on the diagnosis and research of central nervous system, head and neck, heart and chest diseases. He served as graduate tutor of Peking University, instructor of postdoctoral research station of Shenzhen Medical Center of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology of Peking University, member of expert group of Medical Department of Peking University, standing committee member of Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences of Tomographic Images, member of European Society of Radiology, standing committee member of Shenzhen Committee of Radiology, and he once participated in the consultation for state leaders. He has published 35 papers in core journals and SCI as the first or corresponding author, owns one patent and won the excellent invention award at provincial and municipal levels. He has participated in the editing of two textbooks for medical colleges and universities across the country.
