She has over 30 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology at Grade III Level A hospitals, with more than 20 years of deep expertise in the field of gynecology. Dr. LIU held positions including Head of the Gynecology Department and CPC Branch Secretary, and has served as the Chairperson of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Changji Medical Association, Director of a national standardized residency training base for obstetrics and gynecology, and Director of the Changji Gynecology Quality Control Center. She has completed advanced training in laparoscopy at Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, hysteroscopy at Fuxing Hospital, Capital Medical University, and observational study at Fujian Cancer Hospital. She also completed specialized training in the Assisted Reproduction Center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and holds a national certification in IVF. Dr. LIU is also a certified expert in medical malpractice appraisal.

Dr. LIU specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders, infertility, endometriosis, and both benign and malignant gynecological tumors. She is particularly skilled in performing various laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries. She has published over 20 academic papers and received three scientific research awards.
