Notice on the Announcement of 2024 National Employer with Caring Childcare(hereinafter referred to as the Notice).

The list includes 125 employers nationwide recognized as 2024 National Employer with Caring Childcare

Only 8 organizations from Guangdong Province were selected.

Only 1 organization from Shenzhen City was selected.

Introduction to Mile Childcare Center

Mile Childcare Center was founded by the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenzhen (Shenzhen Samii Medical Center) and is operated by Shenye Nursery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It is the first childcare program in Shenzhen that explores an innovative model focused on providing welfare-based childcare services within public medical institutions. The center covers an area of 312 square meters and has one mixed-age class and one senior toddler class, providing a total of 38 childcare spots.

The center has completed national registration for childcare institutions and follows an affordable, public-benefit fee standard. Since its operation, it has received high recognition from parents both inside and outside the hospital. It has been rated as a Model Childcare Center in Pingshan District and was awarded the title of First-Class Childcare Center in Shenzhen in both 2023 and 2024.

The center has been interviewed by media outlets such as CCTV, SZNews, and Spot News, and has received extensive coverage on major social media platforms, increasing public attention to childcare services.
