Ensuring Safety During the Qingming Festival Through Strengthened Safety Measures | The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenzhen Carried out a Comprehensive Safety Inspection before the Holiday

　　The inspection team conducted on-site checks of key areas of the hospital, including the canteen gas facilities, the liquid oxygen station, the No. 1 power distribution room, the generator room, the B2 air-conditioning machine room, the fire pump room, “Children’s Healing Planet” on the second floor of the outpatient building, the renovation site in Ward 2A of the inpatient building, as well as 3A Central Laboratory, and hazardous chemicals storage room. An on-site work meeting was also held on the fourth floor of the outpatient building. At each site, the team carefully examined the operation status of the equipment, safety inspection records, fire-fighting facilities, and the accessibility of emergency exits, and issued clear instructions for rectifying any issues identified.

　　After the inspection, CPC Secretary WANG Cheng gave a summary speech. He emphasized that during the Qingming Festival, various safety risks may arise together so everyone in the hospital must remain highly vigilant at all times, with particular attention to gas use, food safety, hazardous chemicals, construction sites, and fire-fighting facilities. Duty personnel are required to stay on duty and fulfill their responsibilities seriously, stay connected at all times, and ensure that any emergencies can be responded to promptly.

Therefore everyone in the hospital must maintain a sense of responsibility by “always staying alert” and implement all safety measures thoroughly so as to strengthen the hospital’s safety and ensure that patients and staff can enjoy a safe and peaceful Qingming Festival.
