2019-12-31

New Year's Day and the 2020 Spring Festival are close. In order to continue to consolidate and strengthen the safety production work of the hospital, on December 30, 2019, the Hospital Secretary and Deputy Hospital Director, Dr. WANG Cheng led the line leaders of the operations to conduct a centralized inspection of the hospital's safety production work before New Year's Day and the Spring Festival.

The inspection team conducted careful and detailed site inspections on the key parts and links of safety production, such as the canteen, oxygen station, waste disposal station, sewage treatment station, distribution room, and roof of the medical technology building.

During the inspection, Dr. WANG Cheng pointed out that the hospital leadership has always attached great importance to safety production, and safety production has always run through all the development stages of Shenzhen Samii Medical Center. The safety production work of the hospital must be all-round safe. In addition to attaching great importance to fire safety, construction safety, personal safety of medical staff, load-bearing safety, safety of special equipment, food safety, fire prevention and theft prevention are also key points we should pay attention to. Regardless of daily supervision or major inspections, our work must be done correctly and truthfully. We must take extraordinary measures in combination with emerging problems, and effectively nip potential safety hazards in the bud.

At each place, Dr. WANG Cheng listened to the staff's report carefully and put forward opinions and suggestions according to the site conditions. He requested that all key parts should clearly state the responsibilities for safety production and the responsibilities of personnel in key positions. The head of the department should conduct timely investigations of potential safety hazards, formulate rectification measures for problems found on the spot, and identify the responsible person and time limit for rectification. The whole hospital should maintain "zero tolerance" for potential safety hazards, further strengthen the safety awareness of staff, and improve the level of safety production in the hospital to ensure its stability.
