On behalf of all Shenzhen Samii Medical Center family, I thank you for your trust and wish you all a wonderful Holidays and New Year. One year passed quickly and the Spring Festival with its beautiful ornaments and rich traditions is with us again. As we prepare to join family and friends to celebrate the New Year, I like to take a moment and reflect back on what we accomplished together and also next year’s highlights.

Last year with dedication and hard work of all our staff, strong support from Municipal and District government and continued trust from our citizens, Shenzhen Samii Medical Center (SSMC) made a significant progress towards becoming a Grade Three Level A Municipal Public Hospital. We completed many construction and reconstruction projects, employed highly skilled and talented physicians, nurses, technicians, and administration staff, establishedmany specialty and sub-specialty medical disciplines and improved our medical technology capabilities. Our Hospital has now turned into a beautiful environment to provide our staff, patients and visitors a relaxing and peaceful place with expansive greenery and multiple colorful roof gardens. In return for the trust we see from our citizens, we participated in volunteer medical activities in many neighborhoods to promote the health and wellbeing of all we love and respect, and invited 10 international level professors to support our development.

With the solid experience gained last year and our determination to develop the Shenzhen Samii Medical Center to an International Medical Center, we are looking forward to the next year with many exciting milestones to meet, and are eager to celebrate our achievements together with all of you. We will have our Official Grand Opening, host a prestigious International Congress with guests from more than 70 countries, expand our medical disciplines, in particular by establishing a cutting-edge Hybrid Operating Room with the most advanced technology in the world, add high level experts to our team, and initiate the expansion planning of our Hospital.

I am confident that with the great support from the government and dedication of our staff we will continue to provide exemplary service to you and strive to bring international level medical services to Pingshan and Shenzhen.
