Dear Shenzhen Samii International Medical Center Family,

At the start of 2021, I would like to extend my gratitude to our doctors, nurses, and supporting staff members. I am grateful, especially this year, for their  tireless work on the frontline in the battle against COVID-19. I wish to thank everyone throughout Shenzhen, and particularly Pingshan District, for trusting us with their medical care this past year. It was a pleasure to serve the whole family; whether for routine health checks, welcoming newborns, helping out during a surgery, caring for elders, or other healthcare needs.

I am thankful to all our employees, the local communities, public health officials, city authorities and countless others for their efforts to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Our vigilance and collective effort continue to play a crucial role in making our community safe and well-guarded against the resurgence of the epidemic.

As healthcare workers, our colleagues are the most valuable asset in the healthcare system. Each day, brave men and women come to work to face the risks associated with patient care in an infectious disease environment. Despite the unforeseen challenges of 2020, we continued with the development of our hospital, completed many construction projects, added new services, welcomed new talents and most  importantly entered the official Operational Phase of our hospital. On behalf of the hospital leadership, I am grateful for your selfless service.

Moving forward, we rely on hard work, commitment and innovative spirit of our staff as we boldly challenge the status quo, rethink old routines, strive for excellent quality and safety of our services and seek the highest satisfaction of our customers and employees.
