Recently, the Office of Shenzhen Municipal Working Committee on Children and Women issued the Notice of Office of Shenzhen Municipal Working Committee on Women and Children on New Municipal Child-friendly Bases (First Batch) in 2020 to announce the list of a batch of new child-friendly bases awarded in 2020, and our hospital was rated as a municipal child-friendly hospital.

Our hospital has been committed to building a child-friendly hospital by deeply implementing the important speech made by General Secretary XI Jinping at the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the relevant requirements of the 15th Plenary Session of the 6th CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee on building a child-friendly city.

With the deployment of the superior departments and the support of the hospital leadership, child-friendly details are reflected in every part of our hospital: the hospital has specially set up a Baby Care Room with complete facilities and warm environment; the Pediatrics Clinic and Pediatrics Ward are decorated like a children's playground; round edges and soft covers for sharp corners can effectively prevent children from bumping; the caring and loving medical staff is more like a family to care for the child's body and mind.

In accordance with the requirements of municipal child-friendly hospitals, our hospital will continue to enhance the medical experience of pediatric patients and create a good medical environment for children.
