Secretary WANG Cheng, on behalf of the SSIMC leadership and all staff of the hospital, wished the nursing staff a happy holiday, and expressed sincere respect and gratitude to them for their contribution to the development of SSIMC. He stressed that nursing is a sacred and honorable profession, and it is a required course for nurses, honored as "angels in white", to better practice their missions of healing the wounded and rescuing the dying. First of all, nurses should constantly enhance learning. In an era with rapid knowledge changes, the idea of learning must be integrated into daily work, so as to stimulate endogenous motivation for development. A good learning environment is expected to be established in each department of SSIMC. At the same time, SSIMC also encourages the staff to go out and go global, and to align with a higher-level goal, thus achieving better and faster development. As employees of a Sino-foreign cooperative hospital, we must attach great importance to both English learning and practice. He wished that the nursing staff would give more human touch and warmth to patients in their daily work, and avoid complaining, waiting or making trouble. At the same time, the nursing team should strive for breakthrough development by strengthening areas of weakness, improving the primary-level construction, building strong services, selecting the suitable team leaders, and promoting work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points. In this environment, everyone can achieve their career dream.
