2023-03-30

Recently, after two years of unremitting efforts, Shenzhen Samii Medical Center (The Fourth People's Hospital of Shenzhen) (hereafter SSMC) successfully passed the established standard of a "water-saving hospital" organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission in conjunction with the Water Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and the Government Office Administration of Shenzhen Municipality, and won the title of "Shenzhen Water-saving Benchmark Hospital".

On March 22, a series of water-saving publicity activities for the "Life Journey of Water" - "World Water Day·China Water Week" in 2023, jointly organized by the Water Resources Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Water and Environment Group and Crystal News under Shenzhen Press Group, were carried out enthusiastically in the auditorium of Shenzhen Special Zone Press Tower. In this activity, SSMC was awarded the title of "Shenzhen Water-saving Benchmark Hospital". It is reported that in 2022, a total of 322 institutions, schools, hospitals and enterprises at all levels in Shenzhen successfully created water-saving carriers, among which only 15 municipal water-saving benchmarks were picked out, and SSMC is the only municipal public hospital that won this honor.
