      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Under the leadership of Deputy Hospital Director (DHD), assist in handling various work tasks, liaise with the Administrative Office and relevant departments supervised by DHD, and implement the routine administrative work of the hospital.

      2. Actively coordinate the work tasks, process supervision, results and data feedback of DHD and relevant departments supervised by DHD.

      3. Actively assist DHD in making plans and decisions on the business development strategy of relevant departments supervised by DHD, assist in or organize (if with the authorization of DHD) the implementation, and make a report of work summary on time.

      4.     Job brief

    We are looking for a senior healthcare Information Technology (IT) expert with possibility for appointment as Head of IT to oversee all IT functions in Shenzhen Samii Medical Center (SSMC). As the head, you will be in charge of managing the Organization’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and healthcare specifications of the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes specialized in healthcare.

    Responsibilities

    Include but not limited to

    This position reports to the Deputy Hospital Director for Medical Section (or her delegate) entrusted by the Hospital Director. The Medical Office is in charge of management and development of medical section in general. Manager of Medical Office assists the Deputy Hospital Director for Medical Section to execute the responsibilities of the office. Will ensure all national and local government requirements are implemented by medical departments. Will be a liaison between Medical Section and Operations Section to ensure alignment of all development activities.     Requirements
