Dr. Kholdebarin, senior management advisor and executive consultant of the International Innovative Medical Solutions (IIMS), joined Shenzhen Samii International Medical Center in 2018. He brings with him more than 20 years of medical, research, and healthcare administration experience at leading health systems, including Duke University, University of North Carolina, and International Neuroscience Institute.

Dr. Kholdebarin has a strong background in strategic planning, operations and finance, clinical program growth, and continuous process improvement. He has been involved in business development, implementation, management, and quality improvement of clinical services of healthcare organizations, medical departments, and basic and clinical research units. Throughout his career, he has focused on putting the patient first and is a strong advocate of patient-centered healthcare delivery with emphasis on lean management.

Dr. Kholdebarin did post-doctoral fellowships and graduate medical education at Duke University Medical Center, in Neurosciences, Molecular Imaging and General Surgery respectively. He also earned Executive Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina with specialization in healthcare policy and management.
