He has been engaged in clinical, teaching and scientific research work of obstetrics & gynecology for 38 years. In the field of gynecology, he has an accurate knowledge of the diagnosis, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and comprehensive treatment of the three major malignant tumors of female reproductive system - cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer, and has carried out targeted therapies. He is proficient in gynecological laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and minimally invasive transvaginal surgeries, such as minimally invasive surgeries for gynecological benign and malignant tumors, endometriosis, infertility and other diseases, including various types of vaginal surgeries. He has profound insights into the treatment of female endocrine abnormalities, perimenopausal syndrome and other diseases. In the field of obstetrics, he specializes in the systematic treatment and management of gestational hypertensive diseases and gestational diabetes, and has rich experience in the rescue of acute and critical diseases. He is proficient in the treatment of severe obstetric diseases such as placenta previa, placental abruption, amniotic fluid embolism and DIC. Also, he specializes in the guidance of prenatal and postnatal care.

He once served as the Head of Obstetrics & Gynecology Department in the Peking University Shenzhen Hospital (a Grade III Level A teaching hospital) for 24 years, and still serves as a part-time clinical teacher of obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital. He once served as a visiting scholar at the Cancer Institute Hospital of JFCR in Japan and the Cleveland Clinic in the United States. He serves as a member of Chinese Medical Association (CMA), a member of the Chinese Society of Gynecological Oncology, an expert group member of the Guangdong Committee for Appraisal of Medical Accidents, an expert member of the Branch of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Shenzhen Medical Association, an expert member of the Shenzhen Committee for Appraisal of Medical Accidents, a member of the Steering Committee on Osteoporosis Treatment of CMA, a remember of the Shenzhen Senior Professors Association, the Vice President of the Shenzhen Alumni Association of Jilin University, the President of the Shenzhen Alumni Association of the Norman Bethune University of Medical Science, and a lecturer team member of adolescent sexual health, sexual concept and sex education for university and college students in South China. He also won the title of Excellent Teacher and the first prize of the Lecture Award by the Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.

He has undertaken 12 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, and has published 51 papers in national medical journals.
